PROGRAM for CHILDREN | 3-10 years
Magyar Nyelvi és Kulturális Alapozó Program - magyaralapozo.org
It is not automatic that children of immigrant families speak their parents' mother tongue. This is challenging endeavor! We designed the Alapozó program (Foundational program in short) with online materials, advice and downloadable lesson plans with corresponding pedagogy, vocabulary and developmental methodologies. This program can be utilized either in group or at home settings. The program materials are only in Hungarian, targeting immigrant parents, heritage school teachers as well as later generations who speak some Hungarian already. It is very flexible, offering options for busy lives. Below the online lessons, videos of songs, stories experiments and other fun materials are displayed related to that topic enhancing vocabulary development. Topics in this program are continuously expanding.
